The United Workmen Temple in Portland was built in the 1890s for the Ancient Order of Workmen, and eventually became the Tourney Building. Falling into disrepair it was declared unsafe and taken off the historical register in 2015. The city cited the cost of earthquake retrofitting and now
it's under demolition.
